Abstract

To continue with the publication of this magazine, there must be greater response from the planning organizations. In particular, there must be crystallized ideas regarding: a) the umbrella organizations under whose wings it should be published, b) an editorial committee to formulate a policy on the content of the magazine and to edited the reading material and (c) the provision of funds.
