Abstract

This edition was kindly sponsored by Mr. A.H.P. van Zyl van Vredenburg who took charge for many years in the West Coast Development Association and whose untiring zeal contributed greatly to the crystallization of the Saldanha project. Mr. A.H.P. van Zyl of Vredenburg has shown his enthusiasm for the Town and Regional Planning fraternity by financing this issue of the Journal.
