Abstract

The idea has recently been expressed that this magazine should become a more universional mouthpiece. As subscribers (who read the articles) will know the contributions of an academic nature and mainly reflect the original new research. For this reason, contributions had to be returned from time to time because their content was already well known or because they contain too few original concepts and therefore were mainly summaries of works already published. In exceptional cases, such work has been used for the general interest.
