Abstract

The recognition of the Journal as a 'scholarly' and 'scientific' publication is a matter which has lately enjoyed a consider­able amount of attention.
It is clear from information received from the Department of National Education that recognition per se cannot be granted in advance but only after the prescribed conditions have been met and articles have been 'put to the test'.
