South African Institute of Town and Regional Planners report of the president: October 1986

Instead of the usual annual report that needs a shorter or longer review of the Institute's activities over the past year, I would rather include a single topic for discussion. The subject is the role of the S.A.I.S.S. should play now that the Town and Regional Planners Act, 1984, is in force and the S.A. Board established under the Act has been established in its functions.
