Abstract

It is fairly accepted that the architect receives extensive powers upon appointment to do whatever he considers necessary to complete a project. Here, the assumption is that certain embodied powers in the architectural area rise because of the fact that he usually acts as chief executive officer of the architect. This review has taken place to view the powers and to evaluate by means of three known court cases.
