Abstract

The united Breede River Development Association (V.B.0.V.) encompasses Region 4 as determined by the Department of Planning. In order to decentralize the activities of the Association and to involve as many leadership figures as possible with particular interests in the organization and operations, a system of standing committees has been established. Each committee chairman is assisted by the annual meeting to compile a committee consisting of persons from the whole area who has an interest in and an interest in that particular matter. Each of these committee chairpersons then serves on the management of the V.B.0.V.
