Abstract

This article gives a brief breakdown of the main projects that comprise the Durban Program restructuring program. It is handled by the Department of Urban Engineer. Five areas focus on the implementation of a total transformation and improvement scheme that includes roads, traffic flows, parking areas, the beach area and interlinking between the different areas, will enhance the city area, enable it to function better and in all respects this will help to make the city a place where people would like to be, because it is attractive, comfortable and pleasant to live and work and relax.
