Abstract

The explanation of the contemporary political developments in Zimbabwe reflects one of the core aspects of politics. The political and economic tunnoil in Zimbabwe can be effectively descnbed by applying Harold Laswell's definition of politics as the struggle of deciding who obtains the power to decide who gets what, when and how.
