Abstract

By way of introduction I want to make a few preliminary remarks:

Firstly, I have decided to alter the theme of my paper. The theme the committee gave to me was "Biblical perspectives on peace and reconciliation". I have altered it to "Biblical perspectivces on reconciliation and peace". It will follow later why I have made this decision.
